Ill-Discipline In South Africa's Defence Force

South Africa's minister of defence and military veterans, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula has warned that criminality and ill-discipline have no place within the defence force. A total 93 charges of misconduct including sexual misconduct have been brought against members of South Africa's peacekeeping force in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
