The specialized Magazine Cell Host and Microbe said amongst other things that only the the cArt,therapy retroviral with three different medicine,can suppress in a very efficient way the replication rate of the virus.Unfortunately the cArt cannot eradicate the infection and if not taken on daily basis the infection will progress.Unfortunately the cArt therapy is extremely expensive and without accee to patients in Africa/Asia.Therefore the only efficient tool is prevention otherwise called CONDOM.It is high time that legislators,authorities enlighten the population with the above and render the use of CONDOM a compulsory habit
