WE ARE FACING MANY CHALLENGES IN T.S.C. I SUGGEST THAT WE HAVE TO A BOLISH TSC AND DECENTRALISE THE SERVICES TO REGIONS OR DISTRICTS . THIS WAY WE SHALL SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF TEACHERS. IF WE HAVE A NEW CONSTITUTION WHY NOT HELP THE COUNTRY FROM POWER HUNGRY MEN IN THE NUT.
