S. African Court Dismisses Marikana Appeal

South Africa's Constitutional Court has dismissed an application to compel the government to fund the legal costs of miners wounded in the Marikana shootings last year. The move by the court has been dubbed as an insult to workers by the Marikana Support Campaign.
