SA General Secretary in Sexual Misconduct Scandal

The woman who accused Cosatu general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi of rape has withdrawn her complaint. Vavi, whose life has recently been threatened, and the woman, a former colleague, were in disciplinary talks to resolve the incident which Vavi said was a consensual act and not rape.

    The presumption of innocense does not exist, except theoretically and only then as advocated by lawyers and judges to impress the jury. The deception achieved by the phrase 'innocent until proven guilty' insures that the government can continuing torturing, imprisoning and killing Targets with the general support of gullible people who do not understand 'street law'.The world suffers from delusion with regards to the concept of ' presumption of innocense'.
