A magnificent achievement. There is a lesson to learn. This indicates that all liberian adults can be educataed in less than the time Ambassador Weah took get his bachelor and master. Remember, Ambassador Weah was working full time. Those folks that can't read and write can still be educated in less time . The machinery has to be established. I am not speaking of the kids from 0-18. I am speaking of the adults, 18 and above. Most have no jobs. This is a time for the government to design and develop an educational system to educate them all in less than four years. I mean a college degree in less than four years. You don't need all the classrooms or buildings. The internet can do the work from libraries and their homes or various centers. It is time for the PHD to to go work and develop curriculum and courses to educate the population. Look at Ambassador Weah eduction pattern and educate all Liberian. THE INTERNET. NO CLASSROOM, IS THE KEY. You have the manpower to develop the curriculum. Put them to work. YOu have the resources, spend it for the people.
