Nigeria Central Bank's Moghalu: Africa as the 'Last Frontier'

Dr. Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu, deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, says those who see no prospect for African prosperity and those who want to celebrate Africa as a continent that has 'arrived' on the global stage are both wrong. Speaking at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, DC, he outlined the case he makes in his latest book, Emerging Africa: How the Global Economy's 'Last Frontier' Can Prosper and Matter.
