Central African Republic: 'Horrific Abuses' by New Rulers
The Seleka, a coalition of rebel groups that took power in the Central African Republic in March, has killed scores of unarmed civilians, Human Rights Watch said in a report. The Seleka also engaged in wanton destruction of numerous homes and villages.
