After Killing, Rwanda Makes No Apologies

President Paul Kagame has fuelled suspicions that Rwanda assassinated fugitive and former spy Patrick Karegeya by telling a prayer breakfast that those who turn against their motherland should be prepared to bear the consequences. "I do not have to be apologetic about people who forget that Rwanda made them who they are and end up betraying it and killing innocent Rwandan citizens, including children and women," he added.
