Tunisia Adopts New Constitution

The Tunisian parliament has overwhelmingly approved a new constitution, three years after the overthrow of president Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali in a popular uprising that began the Arab Spring. The vote came immediately after Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa named a new caretaker government.
