Nigerian Govt Fines Oil Giant for Bonga Spill

The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency and the National Oil Spill Response and Emergency Agency have ordered Shell to pay U.S.$5 billion as fines and compensation for the 2011 Bonga oil spill incident.
