Ugandan Rebels Resort to Farming - NGOs

The Lord's Restance Army - apparently weakened by a sustained military onslaught - has been forced into doing more farming, according to two non-governmental organisations tracking the rebels in the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
