Kenya: Shoot-to-Kill Order for Suspected Terrorists

The government has issued a shoot-to-kill order for suspected terrorists and is engaging various security agencies in raids against illegal immigrants and suspected terrorists. The government has been criticised for ordering Somali refugees across the country to return to designated camps - going against a court ruling.

A shooting at a church in Likoni, Mombasa, has left several people dead and scores injured.
