S. Africa: Pistorius Referred for Observation

Judge Thokozile Masipa has ordered that murder-accused Oscar Pistorius be sent for psychiatric evaluation following forensic psychiatrist Dr Merryll Vorster's testimony that the Paralympic champion suffers from general anxiety disorder.
