South Africa: Nobel Peace Summit Called Off

Archbishop Desmond Tutu has criticised the South African government for refusing a visa to Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama - a move which has prompted the cancellation of the 14th World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates which was to be held in Cape Town.
