Kenya Accuses Hague of Rome Statute Violation

The country has sought the help of the 122 signatory states - known collectively as the Assembly of States Parties - following the alleged violation of the Rome Statute by the International Criminal Court in the cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
