Nigeria Halts U.S. Training of Military As Relations Fray

Nigeria has halted US training of its soldiers to fight Boko Haram, Washington's mission in the latest sign of strained ties between the two countries. The training was going to be the first with the goal of helping the Nigerian Army build capacity to counter the insurgents group.
