Human Rights Win as Egyptian Men Cleared of 'Debauchery'

Egypt does not explicitly criminalize sexual relations between same-sex consenting adults, but Human Rights Watch says the authorities have routinely arrested people suspected of engaging in homosexual conduct on charges of "debauchery."

Government prosecutors have appealed the decision.
