As the fuel scarcity grip tightens across the country, indications are that a combination of Central Bank policies and indebtedness of product marketers to banks, are impacting the supply of fuel - this while ruling Peoples Democratic Party and opposition All Prgressive Congress, blame each other for the shortage.
