Liberia: Wife Hopeful of Charles Taylor's Transfer

Though disappointed by the refusal of Charles Taylor's request to be transferred to Rwanda, the wife Senator Jewel Howard Taylor still believes that  he will one day be allowed to serve his sentence in Africa.
