South African Lion Park 'Should Have Foreseen Deadly Attack'

Management at the Lion Park, where Katherine Chappell was mauled to death, should have foreseen the possibility of an attack, an animal behaviour consultant has said, describing conditions there as a "recipe for disaster".

American tourist Katherine Chappell - seen here on her way to South Africa via the UK - was apparently taking pictures out of the window of the 4X4 at the Lion Park when the lioness mauled her, according to park officials.
