Rwandan General Karake Freed by London Court

Lieutenant General Emmanuel Karenzi Karake, the secretary-general of the National Intelligence and Security Service, was arrested on June 20 by the British Metropolitan Police on a European arrest warrant issued based on a 2008 Spanish indictment.
