Ethiopia Launches Lottery to Finance Grand Renaissance Dam
Prizes were announced in the second round of Ethiopia's lottery to self-finance the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which will house the world's seventh-biggest hydropower plant and the largest in Africa, when completed.
