Ecobank Reaches Agreement with Ex-CEO

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, parent company of the Ecobank Group, its Ivorian subsidiary Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire, Public Investment Corporation (PIC), Dr Dan Matjila and Mr Thierry Tanoh have signed on the 18th of February, 2016, an agreement for the settlement of the disputes that have existed since 2013, some of which are still pending before national jurisdiction in Togo and Côte d'Ivoire and/or are still under arbitration in England.
