No Sugar-Coating It - South Africans Will Pay for 'Sins'

The excise duty on alcoholic beverages and tobacco products will go up by between 6% and 8.5% respectively, while a sugar tax will be imposed on fizzy cooldrinks and other non-alcoholic beverages for the first time.
