South African Prosecuting Authority Appeals Zuma Fraud Ruling

Opposition party the Democratic Alliance has called the National Prosecuting Authority's decision to appeal a High Court ruling that fraud and corruption charges against President Jacob Zuma be reinstated a "blatant delaying tactic".
