Are Liberian Girls More Likely to Be Wives Than Literate?
According to Kate Wlkinson of Africa Check, an organization which promotes accuracy in public debate, the most recent survey in the country reported a literacy rate of 64.2% for women between 15 and 24, contrary to the claim of the Pulitzer Prize winning American author, Tina Rosenberg.
