Carlos Lopes To Take Forward the Work of the New Climate Economy

The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Carlos Lopes, has been appointed as commissioner for New Climate Economy (NCE) by the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate (GCEC). The NCE helps economic decision-makers seize available opportunities to achieve growth and climate objectives together.
