Kabila Makes Deal with Some Opponents But DR Congo Crisis Remains

Some opponents to Congolese President Kabila agree to a compromise on 'caretaker' government until elections. But the International Crisis Group warns that the "regime's desire to stay in power beyond its constitutional time limit risks undoing the gains of over ten years of relative peace."
