When Will Kenya Withdraw from Hague Court?

Members of parliament are urging the government to take steps to "immediately" withdraw from the International Criminal Court following the African Union's accusations that the court unfairly targets Africans for prosecution. The AU cites the failed cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, who were accused of masterminding deadly post-election violence in 2007-2008 in which about 1,200 people died.
