13 Kenyans Apply for Electoral Commission Post

13 people have applied to replace Issack Hassan as the chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission while 800 applicants are seeking to serve as commissioners. Hassan and his team have resigned after claims by the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy that there was a secret deal between the Jubilee party and the electoral commission to rig the 2017 election.
