The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission wants a petitioner pushing for the cancellation of the ballot paper printing tender to deposit U.S.$2,5 million before the case can start. The demands will be heard together with an appeal brought before the Public Procurement Review Board by a South African printer, against a Dubai-based company.

Bidders of various election materials follow proceedings during opening of tenders by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on November 17, 2016 at Nairobi Safari Club.
