South African People 'Disregarded' in Hague Court Withdrawal?

The Southern African Litigation Centre has argued that Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir was the primary reason for the South African government's decision to withdraw from the International Criminal Court. The Pretoria High Court handed down a decision in June 2015, ordering the government to prevent Al-Bashir from leaving South Africa while he was in Johannesburg for a two-day African Union summit.
