In a long-awaited victory, the U.S. House of Representatives by a voice vote, passed legislation introduced by Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson and Senator Susan Collins that will enable the U.S. secretaries of State and Defense to jointly develop a five-year strategy to assist the Nigerian government to help combat Boko Haram.
