Rape of Lesbians 'Not Serious' for South African Police
LGBT activists who gathered outside the the Blue Downs Regional Court ahead of the trial of Signice Mdani, 24, who stands accused of raping and killing 22-year-old Noluvuyo Swelindawo, have said police only investigate incidents of rape against lesbians if murder is involved.
