Nigerian Governor Attacks UN Agencies Over Boko Haram Funds

Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno, where Boko Haram has been most active, has said most of the NGOs - were using money released to them for servicing only their overheads and personnel costs. He targeted UN agencies, saying they should leave the state for alleged failure to justify the allocations they claim to be using on persons displaced by the Boko Haram insurgency.
