Highs and Lows of Zimbabwe Arts Merit Awards

History repeated itself as high-riding musicians Winky D and Jah Prayzah again scooped two awards each at the annual event.  It seems enough groundwork was done to pull off an event that can be rated as one of the best ceremonies ever.
