Ugandan Political Heavyweights Agree On New Terms of Dialogue

The government, led by President Yoweri Museveni, and the largest opposition party, led by the former presidential candidate Kizza Besigye, have reportedly agreed on a foreign mediator and a blueprint for expected talks to resolve the country's intractable political problems.
