Court Orders South Africa Not to Withdraw from the ICC
Deputy Judge President Phineas Mojapelo of the Pretoria High Court has ordered that President Jacob Zuma stop the process of withdrawal from the International Criminal Court after ruling it to be invalid and unconstitutional.
