'Moonlight' Success Stirs Hope for African Cinema

The low-budget film, Moonlight, has fueled expectations for the continent's own film industry, as the biggest cinema festival FESPACO gets underway in Burkina Faso. Moonlight won Best Picture at this year's Oscars.
