Have Car, Will Pay Customs Duty, Nigerian Authorities Say

All owners of imported vehicles will be compelled to pay customs duty to boost revenue and enhance national security through its vehicle identification number project, the government says. Officials have also announced that there are concessions for some vehicles depending on the year in which they were manufactured.
