Red Cross, Army Try to Bring Peace to Two Kenyan Counties

As the Red Cross holds peace talks in conflict-ridden Boringo county, Maasai leaders are demanding the withdrawal of Kenya Defence Forces soldiers from neighbouring Laikipia county.
