Will the Vote Against South Africa's President Zuma be in Secret?

The opposition United Democratic Movement and the Economic Freedom Fighters have called on the Constitutional Court to order members of parliament to use a secret ballot in an upcoming vote of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma.
