Nigerian Govt Warms Up for Whistle-Blower Policy On Illicit Arms

The presidency has started drawing up the rules of a whistle-blower mechanism to throw the spotlight on gun ownership and control as a move to prevent and eradicate illegal ownership of small arms and light weapons.
