Nigeria's Code of Conduct Tribunal Will Hold Daily Hearings

The Code of Conduct Tribunal's practice direction manual for 2017 states that "hearing of cases shall be from day-to-day bases as the diary of the tribunal may permit for the purpose of fair and speedy trial" - this as the tribunal continues to hear two of its most prominent cases against Senate President Bukola Saraki and Supreme Court Justice Sylvester Ngwuta for false asset declaration.
