Ex South African Police Unit Chief, Police Minister Face Off

Former chief of the Hawks police unit Berning Ntlemeza, who has been accused of having gone "rogue" after he reported for duty despite being replaced by Lieutenant-General Yolisa Matakata, says Police Minister Fikile Mbalula subjected him to "public ridicule" and caused a "constitutional crisis".
