'Mugabe Not Sleeping, Simply Resting His Eyes'
As more reports of President Robert Mugabe falling asleep at public events surface, his spokesperson George Charamba, has leapt to his defence saying the 93-year-old is in fact closing his eyes to protect them from bright lights. "In the case of Mandela, if you remember, you were not allowed to even use flashes whenever he was in the room," says Charamba.
