South Sudan Warring Parties Agree to Work Together
It is hoped that the agreement signed at a meeting chaired by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, will be a breakthrough in reaching out to armed opposition and other stakeholders in and outside the country, a committee co-chairperson has said.
