South Africa's Zuma Allowed to Appeal Cabinet Reshuffle Ruling
President Jacob Zuma has been granted leave to appeal a North Gauteng High Court ruling ordering him to hand over records explaining his reasoning behind the dismissal of Pravin Gordhan and Mcebisi Jonas from the Ministry of Finance.
