The State has taken a U-turn and said that former ruling party youth leader William Mutumanje - popularly known as Acie Lumumba - is still going to stand trial. This despite prosecutors dropping a charge of insulting President Robert Mugabe against him. Last year the outspoken politician openly dared Mugabe and the state to take action when he used the 'F' word in insulting the 93-year-old.
